These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Heba Productions Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

Services Provided:

Heba Productions Ltd offers a range of services including photography, videography, headshots, showreels, music videos, advertising videos, social media content creation, editing services, and live event coverage.

 

Specific Terms for Headshots and Portraits:

After a headshot or portrait session, clients will receive contact sheets within one to three days containing all images captured during the session. Edited images will be delivered within eight weeks from the date of image selection. Failure to select images within one month may result in our selection on your behalf, with one-week prior notification.

 

User Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

 

Payments and Fees:

Payment can be made via bank transfer, or cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least ten days in advance to confirm your booking. This deposit is forfeited if the service is cancelled or rescheduled within three days of the appointment. Full payment must be settled before final edited files are delivered. No refunds are available upon completion of sessions for headshots, monologues, or other filming services. Additional image or video requests following the initial delivery are non-refundable once editing has commenced

 

Intellectual Property:

Heba Productions Ltd retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs, video footage, and edited materials created during our services. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered files for your personal self-promotion, social media, and professional portfolios. However, you are strictly prohibited from selling these materials to third parties or using them for paid commercial advertising without our prior written consent and an additional licensing fee. Heba Productions Ltd reserves the right to use all footage and edited materials for our own professional portfolio, website, and social media to promote our business.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Heba Productions Ltd operates as a limited liability company. We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

 

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
